Donnerstag 23. Juni
Contrary to previous years, the gates to all the festivals grounds and campsite are open the whole day. And next to that, in the evening, one of the world’s best-dressed bands will hit the stage: The Hives. The Hives had a massive hit with ‘Hate to Say I Told You So’ and they do not only steal the show with their black and white custom-made suits, but also with their just as neat set, full of ravishing garage punk. And for everyone who loves the harder sounds: they can enjoy to their heart’s content on Thursday, as next to The Hives, you can enjoy the sounds of Being as an Ocean, Boysetsfire, Modern Life is War and Life of Agony on this first festival day.
Freitag 24. Juni
Third time lucky. After the announced hit machine The Offspring had to be cancelled two times in a row, next year we will finally be able to sing as loud we can to all the hits the Americans produced during their rich career. With ‘Pretty Fly (For A White Guy)‘, ‘Self Esteem’, ‘Why Don’t You Get A Job‘, and ‘The Kids Aren’t Alright’ it will guarantee to be a phenomenal party in Ysselsteyn. And lead singer Dexter Holland and his men can count on excellent company on Friday, as we will see Bury Tomorrow, Of Mice & Men, Stick to Your Guns and While She Sleeps back as part of the impressive line-up.
Samstag 25. Juni
‘Savior’ has almost 400 million, ‘Prayer of the Refugee’ about 200 million and ‘Hero of War’ as much as 140 million: the number of plays on Spotify for these massive hits are extraordinary. It represents the track record of Rice Against, the melodic punkers from Chicago, pretty well. Activist lyrics, razing riffs and catchy choruses: the band around singer Tim McIlracth showed, amongst others on Pinkpop and the stage of AFAS Live, why they are so terribly good at what they are doing. Being good at what you do certainly also goes for Bad Religion. And not in the slightest. The punkers from Los Angeles have been on the absolute top for 40 years now. ‘American Jesus’, ‘You’ and ‘21st Century (Digital Boy)’ are just a few of the gems that are part of the band’s repertoire. Just like Rise Against and Bad Religion, also Hatebreed, Killswitch Engage, August Burns Red, Knocked Loose, Neck Deep and Terror will be on the stage of Jera On Air 2022 on Saturday June 25th.
Weitere Acts die euch erwarten sind z.B. Anti Flag, Suicide Silence, Walls Of Jericho, Lionheart, Nasty, Crossfaith, Malevolence, Spanish Love Songs, Belvedere, Tim Vantol, Higher Power, Jesus Piece, Loathe, Clowns, Faintest Idea, Rotzak, La Armada, Silverstein, Counterparts, Good Riddance, Get The Shot, Incendiary, Jaya The Cat, Blowfuse, Cigar, Drain, Eskimo Callboy, For The Fallen Dreams, Dream State, Hot Milk, Stake, Rotting Out, The Hell, Mainline 10, Mayleaf en Mark Of Chaos.
